1. Overview

By working with BuildifyGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide digital business services including website creation, branding, design, and consultancy.

2. Project Scope & Delivery

  • All services provided will be based on the confirmed quote or package.

  • Clients will receive a service checklist and timeline before the project begins.

  • Any additional features requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all required content, logins, and preferences in a timely manner.

  • Delays caused by missing info or approvals may extend delivery timelines.

4. Revisions & Edits

  • Most packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions per service (e.g. logo, website).

  • Additional revisions beyond this may be charged at a flat hourly or task-based rate.

5. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion.

  • Final files and full admin access are provided only after final payment is made.

  • Payments are accepted via card payment methods, bank transfer, or PayPal.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy document. Projects already in progress may not be eligible for full refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final design assets and website.

  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Communication

  • Our standard hours are Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (UK time).

  • Email is our primary communication method. Urgent issues may be escalated via phone or WhatsApp if required.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g. domain hosts, payment providers).

  • Future technical issues after handover unless on a support plan.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email.

By paying a deposit or working with BuildifyGo, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
