Because each service involves custom and digital deliverables, automatic refunds are not available once a project has started. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

Full Refund: If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund 100% of your deposit.

Partial Refund: If planning or research has already begun, a 10–20% service fee may be deducted to cover initial preparation costs.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Once work begins, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, as resources and time are allocated immediately.

Partial Refunds for Full Payments: If you paid in full, you may receive a partial refund (20–40%), depending on how much of the project is completed.
📦 3. Refunds for Completed Projects

No refunds are provided once a project is fully completed and all deliverables are shared.

We offer minor corrections or fixes within 14 days of delivery to ensure your satisfaction.

You can cancel your website care or support plan at any time with 7 days’ notice.

Prepaid months are non-refundable.
